The Musselshell River Distribution Project involves the administration of decreed water on over 200 miles of the Musselshell River, from the North Fork and the South Fork to the USGS gage station at Mosby, and all waters considered by the Montana Water Court to be a part of the lower Musselshell River below the U.S.G.S. gauge station at Mosby, Montana. This page provides information for water users within the project boundaries. Water users can view the priority dates entitled to receive water, and can place orders for water directly with the Deputy Assistant Water commissioner (Tonya Martin) by filling out the form below. This page also provides links to agencies and information of interest to water users.
